How Teams Center is hosted

• Runs in your Azure tenant: Deployed into your subscription/resource group—no third-party cloud.
• Your data stays in M365: No content extraction; we work through Microsoft Graph/Entra.
• Least-privilege access: Only the permissions needed to operate; Admin consent is revocable at any time.
• IT keeps the keys: You control RBAC, network boundaries, updates, and removal.

How the free trial works

1. Fill out the form
   Share contact details, tenant info, and the scope for your pilot (e.g., team types, key use cases).
2. Consultant kickoff
   Our team contacts you to define success criteria, run a quick pre-flight check (Azure subscription, admin consent, test accounts), and confirm the plan.
3. Predefined PoC phase
   We align on timeline, roles, and acceptance criteria so everyone knows how “success” will be measured.
4. Template configuration (together)
   We set up 1–2 Team/Site templates plus guest-access and lifecycle rules that match your policies.
5. Guided run (~2 weeks)
   Your users work with Teams Center in real workflows while we support IT and stakeholders throughout.
6. Week-by-week timeline
   1. Week 1: Installation in your Azure tenant, template configuration, IT handover.
   2. Week 2: Use-case verification, fine-tuning of policies, results review, and next steps.
      (Your configuration remains in place after the trial so you can continue without rework.)

What we’ll need from you

• Azure subscription & a resource group for deployment
• Global/tenant admin to grant Entra admin consent
• 3–5 test users and 1–2 representative team types for the pilot
• A point person in IT for decisions and sign-off
