How is Valprovia licensed?
Valprovia is licensed as a subscription per month. Governance and Access Reviews use volume-tiered per-user pricing - the per-user rate drops as your licence count grows. Integration is quoted as a monthly total (a base fee plus a per-user component). Archive is billed by used storage (TB per month) with a minimum of 5 TB.
What's included in the price?
The monthly licence fee covers the software licence, updates throughout the contract term, and email support according to the agreed SLAs. Onboarding and training are bookable separately as Professional Services.
What does Microsoft 365 governance cost?
The price for Valprovia Governance depends on the size of your organisation: a volume ladder lowers the per-user price as your licence count grows - the more users, the lower the price per user. As a reference point, Governance sits at around €0.72/user/month in the 1,000-user range; your actual price may be above or below that depending on user count. Unlike many vendors that quote prices on request only, the full price ladder is transparent here - you can read the cost for your user count directly in the calculator, without a sales call.
What additional costs are there?
In addition to licence fees, hosting costs apply because Valprovia is self-hosted in your Azure tenant. Optional consulting services may also apply.
Which module do I need?
Governance is the foundation for self-service workspaces with enforced policies (including workspace lifecycle and automatic write-protection). Access Reviews adds recurring permission audits. Integration is relevant if you connect Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365. Archive moves inactive files from SharePoint into your own Azure Blob Storage - recommended for organisations with several TB of inactive data and storage-cost optimisation. What does the support model look like?
After go-live, you get access to the support portal. You can contact support via email and will be supported by our experts according to the SLA timelines.
How long does rollout take?
