About this webinar
An access review is a periodic check of who currently has access to resources like Microsoft 365 groups, Teams, SharePoint sites or privileged roles — with the goal of removing stale or unnecessary permissions. Microsoft provides this natively in Entra ID for group memberships and application assignments, complemented by SharePoint Advanced Management for site-access reviews. In this webinar we walk through what those built-in tools cover, where they run out of runway, and how to set up a repeatable, audit-ready access-review process.

What do the native Access Review features in Microsoft 365 cover?
Entra ID Access Reviews cover group memberships, application assignments and privileged-role memberships. SharePoint Advanced Management adds reviews for site access and sharing. Not covered by the native tooling: workspace-deep reviews spanning Teams channels, campaign-based processes with escalation, and end-to-end audit trails for external reviewers.
