Valprovia Copilot Agent: The New Governance Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot

More and more organizations are rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot. With every phase of adoption, everyday work moves further into the Copilot chat:

• Employees ask questions and describe tasks directly to Copilot.
• Content is summarized, drafted, and structured right in the chat.
• Copilot is becoming the central entry point to the digital workplace.

At the same time, many organizations already rely on the Valprovia Governance Module to keep their Microsoft 365 workspaces structured, secure, and compliant.

Today, we’re officially announcing the Valprovia Copilot Agent.

It connects these two worlds: the Valprovia Governance Module becomes a Governance Agent that lives directly inside Copilot.

What is the Valprovia Copilot Agent?

The Valprovia Copilot Agent is an AI-driven chat and voice interface for the Valprovia Governance Module.

It runs:

• inside Microsoft Teams
• and within the Microsoft 365 Copilot chat

and uses your existing governance setup in the background—templates, security levels, lifecycles, and approval workflows.

Instead of filling out forms or opening a dedicated UI, employees simply type or say a natural language request, for example:

“Which tasks can you support me with?”

or:

“Please create a team named Project Greenfield. The description should be: Team for the introduction of the new CRM platform. Use the Community template and also add Betty Moore, Alex Wilber, and Oscar Gomez as members, but their membership should be limited to 90 days. I will be the owner of the team.”

The Valprovia Copilot Agent then:

• understands the request,
• checks your governance rules,
• triggers the right process in the Valprovia Governance Module,
• asks follow-up questions if something is missing or invalid,
• and confirms everything directly in the Copilot chat.

Crucially:

The agent is not a separate policy engine. It simply applies your existing governance rules through a natural, conversational UI.
